[Marinette and Adrien aren't necessarily expecting the pastries. Well, that and Marinette gets plenty of them anyway, living with the bakery and all right downstairs. Adrien definitely lights up though and thanks the other for them, figuring if they eat them first and then focus on dancing after washing up afterwards? Or something to that effect.
